We have before us truly unprecedented challenges to the survival of America. Our new millennium requires not only leadership and excellence in math, medicine, science and engineering, it requires ever larger numbers of US citizens with bachelors, masters and doctoral degrees in these vital areas.

Yet our beloved country does not have enough mathematicians, medical personnel, scientists and engineers to meet today's needs. The temporary result is a dramatic increase in the number of people with these skills which we import every year.

Even worse, an ever-increasing proportion of our research and development projects are being outsourced to Communist China and India.

And what is the response by our political leaders? President Bush announced funding for 70,000 "advanced" science teachers for high schools.

"Advanced!" It shows how out of touch our leaders are. The actual problem is we do not even have beginning or intermediate science teachers. And we have very few high school students who have achieved even the most basic math or science skills. Who will the advanced teachers teach? Half our high schools do not even have an introductory physics course.

These are the kind of stupid programs set up when a nation is ruled by the wealthy elite and political dynasties who are totally out of touch with real Americans.

America urgently, desperately needs not 70,000, but forty-four times that many, a full 3,000,000 math and science teachers for grades K-12 or we shall become, without overstatement, a third world country.

Please help our beloved country and our precious children to have a future. Frank's dream is that by restructuring our educational system, every American child may finally, at last, achieve true equality. The Frank Lynch system of education will permit, actually will require, that every child complete a free college education. And this can be done for less money than our nation currently spends today.
