Richard Frank Lynch prefers to be known by his
middle name of "Frank" to honor his recently deceased father. Frank serves as Chancellor of
Frank Lynch University without compensation, not even reimbursement of
his costs expended for the University.
Summary
Frank Lynch is an author, philanthropist,
educator and emerging national leader who is
spearheading a major national campaign for free universal healthcare for
the same amount of money we are already paying, and to
restructure our failed educational system, to cure our shortage of
3,000,000 math and science teachers, to provide free college for the
same amount of money we are already spending, and to increase the number of
our citizens studying the subjects required to sustain our civilization.
Frank Lynch has announced his candidacy for
President of the United States on the Democratic ticket. Frank's

Frank will raise public
awareness of how to give Free Universal Healthcare to every person in America,
with complete choice of your doctor, to every child, to every pregnant woman, to
every mother, every working mother and every family in America, to the 47,000,000 uninsured
Americans, and to the hundred million underinsured Americans, for the same amount of money we spend today to

Frank Lynch is a second generation immigrant with
grandparents and great-grandparents from four different countries. He
grew up in a blue collar, factory neighborhood on the South side of
Chicago.
Educated at top schools, The University of California
at Berkeley, Purdue University, and Northwestern University, Frank Lynch was
identified as a genius at an early age and was a National Science
Foundation researcher while still a teenager, studying the effects of
early experience on adult adrenal corticosteroid response to stress.
He began his career as a management consultant in
marketing and finance, as well as an advisor on
national security, intelligence collection and advanced weapons systems.
Later, Frank displayed the highest level of financial
expertise as a senior investment banker and corporate finance officer
with leading firms on Wall Street, working daily with Fortune 500 CEOs
on public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and leveraged buyouts (LBOs).
He also is an entrepreneur, and has top level corporate management experience. He was the sole founder, Chairman and President of a
restaurant franchise chain which he built into a publicly traded
company, and later sold in a merger.
Most recently, he created Frank Lynch University,
named after his father, to be the world's
leading institution of math, medicine, science, engineering, and teacher
preparation.
Frank is not married and has no children, but still dreams
of getting married and having children.
